If you wish to return the product to us, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you received the product (i.e. sign over from your local postal service). If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Also, please understand that to be eligible for a Return/Resend/Refund, the product must qualify as:
- Mixed up;
- Having fault on arrival (wrong size,wrong design, wrong item);
- Not as described on product page.
If we establish that the fault is ours, we'll take it off your hands and pay for the return shipping.
However, please remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The highly advanced but easily-confused androids in charge of making our products won’t know what to do with your item, and this may cause their circuits to go haywire.

Our customers do not have to wait, sometimes the order would be shipped from our manufacturer to customer directly in order to save shipping time. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 1-2 days after the order is placed. Note: For customized apparel products, after you placed your order, we do printing, cutting and then sewing to ensure the design is perfect. so please allow us 3-5 days to get our tasks done then we will ship and update you a tracking number.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our manufacturer to the destination. For domestic orders, please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you place your order to receive your purchase. For international orders, the time to receive your purchase may vary depending on the country. But we guarantee that your purchase will reach you in at most 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order.
