- Mixed up;
- Having fault on arrival (wrong size,wrong design, wrong item); 
- Not as described on product page.

If we establish that the fault is ours, we'll take it off your hands and pay for the return shipping.

However, please remember that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

For domestic orders, please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you place your order to receive your purchase. For international orders, the time to receive your purchase may vary depending on the country. But we guarantee that your purchase will reach you in at most 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order.
